Sponsorship Details
When you agree to sponsor one of the events, I advertise your business and send traffic to your website, facebook page, twitter
account, e-mail: wherever you want. I do most of this PRIOR to the event, but there are some post event announcements as well. Essentially, you receive 4 weeks of social media connection and website links as well as direct marketing to my database of 500 local opted in contacts! Specifically, you’ll enjoy:
-Inclusion of your logo and link on all advertising materials and posts: twitter, ning, facebook, linked in, & my
1400 followers, many of them who then retweet the info.
-Your business will be listed as an organizer of the event at multiple event pages: Twtvte,
EventBright, Facebook Events, Constant Contact, Ning, Linked In, and there are a
few more event websites as well.
-Link & Logo inclusion on invitation sent to 500+ by direct e-mail. Because it’s opt in only we have a 60% read rate.

-Link Tracking if desired: I’m happy to supply you with the number of clicks to your link after the event so you can see the traffic we
generated via the multiple mails I send.
-Authorization to display/distribute info at the event*
-Link and logo prominent on all blasts I send via social media
-Info included on “re posts” by others
-A description of your business with address/contact info, logo and link at event page
-Multiple public “thanks for sponsoring” posts with your link before and after
event
Monthly Sponsorship is $150, paid in advance, and includes admission to the event.
*Beginning in May, I will personally HAND each attendee your information as they check in and get their name badge.
We are capping events at 75 people starting in May, so the registrants will be those professionals that are serious about business contacts
rather than some of our current friends who choose to come and socialize last
minute. We love them, too, but that’s not the purpose of this
group!
